The Liveability and Investment Exhibition (LIVEX 2026) is Abu Dhabi's flagship global platform, showcasing the Emirate as one of the world's most liveable and lovable cities, and one of the most attractive destinations for investment, innovation and long-term growth. LIVEX is built on one proposition: the cities that serve their people best will win everything else.
Organised by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), the inaugural edition arrives at a moment of global shift in urban development, from investment-led growth to growth driven by quality of life. LIVEX brings together liveability, infrastructure and investment on a single specialised platform, reflecting the growing importance of quality of life in shaping investment decisions and directing long-term capital.
The exhibition is expected to attract more than 20,000 policymakers, institutional investors, urban planners, developers and industry experts from over 50 countries, joining government leaders, businesses, innovators and the public to explore the policies, projects and partnerships shaping Abu Dhabi's future.
With liveability at its core, LIVEX highlights the Emirate's strengths across urban development, culture, education, economy, energy and healthcare; a development model founded on quality of life, long-term planning and sustained confidence, which has established Abu Dhabi as one of the most liveable cities in the Middle East and Africa and one of the world's leading destinations for international capital. Abu Dhabi was built on the firm belief that a city's quality of life and economic strength must advance together; through LIVEX 2026, the Emirate presents this model to the world.

Car Park A is conveniently located close to the Aloft hotel and provides easy access to the ICC. Entrance is on President Joko Widodo Street.
Car Park B is closest to Andaz Capital Gate Hotel and can be accessed from Al Multaqa Street.
Car Park D is conveniently located close to the Al Khaleej Al Arabi Park 4 and provides easy access to Marina Hall. Entrance is on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street.
Car Park E is conveniently located close to the Marina Hall and provides easy access to ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Entrance is immediately after Marina Hall on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street.
Visitors are welcome to use any of our two on-site car parks, which can accommodate up to 6,000 vehicles. Our highly trained personnel are on-site 24 hours a day to assist with traffic management and a full valet service is also available
