Al Ain Convention Centre District

The Al Ain Convention Centre district is ideally located adjacent to the Municipality District and the bustling Jimi Mall, in Al Ain, with direct access to major roads to Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The project covers an area of 275,000sqm with a total of 220,000sqm available to investors. It includes the Al Ain Convention Centre, which serves as the site for exhibitions, conferences, weddings and special events, as well as a surrounding area that is currently being master planned with the aim of harnessing the commercial, entertainment and cultural potential of Al Ain city.

The Al Ain Convention Centre provides the city of Al Ain with an exceptional event venue. It is built in a unique architectural style that is in harmony with the city’s existing architecture with a marquee-style roof, and offers combined (indoor and outdoor) event space of 20,000sqm.
